Payments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, unexpected delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or other unforseen circumstances.
Customers will be notified via email of any changes to the delivery timeline.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.

You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the product ships. Refunds are available with a 3% fee anytime your product is shipped.
Once the product has shipped, our return policy applies.

We strive to deliver the product exactly as described. However, in the rare and unlikely event that adjustments are necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to make minor changes to the product specifications. Should this occur, rest assured these changes will maintain the product's quality and functionality.
In the unlikely event of a significant change or cancellation of the pre-order, customers will be contacted to confirm their preference for a 100% refund or alternative options.
